All Villa Options (AVO) is a for sale by owner and for rent by owner marketing and advertising company. All Villa Options uses various marketing techniques to bring buyers, renters, and sellers together, and offers a premier service to vacation property owners who wish to rent or sell their vacation properties. The All Villa Options marketing and advertising package rate is $2829 (USD) per advertised property, weeks or points.
Advertising and Marketing fees are due upon activation of services by All Villa Options. Owners have a right to a refund of the advertising fee if they provide written notice by mail to: All Villa Options, 6220 S.Orange Blossom Trail Suite 161 Orlando FL, 32809 or via email to [email protected]. Written notice must be sent within ten (10) days upon receipt of confirmation from All Villa Options. Confirmation will be sent to customer after payment is submitted and signed contract is received. Advertisements will be listed within 72 hours of voice recorded payment authorization and verification. Initial term of advertising is ninety (90) days. All Villa Options will continue advertising the property at no additional cost until the property is rented by owner or sold by owner upon written or verbal notification. Owner’s notification regarding any requested extension must be received by All Villa Options prior to the end of the ninety (90) day period and prior to the expiration of each ninety (90) day period thereafter.
All Villa Options (AVO) is an independent for sale/ for rent by owner marketing and advertising company and a wholly owned subsidiary of G-Star Services, LLC. AVO is NOT a real estate brokerage firm nor is AVO affiliated with any vacation property resort. AVO does not provide or assist in any direct sale or any real estate brokerage services other than advertising your timeshare interest for sale or rent by you. Any offers submitted by prospective buyers utilizing AVO ‘s advertising platforms will be promptly forwarded to the vacation property owner. Upon receipt of an offer, the vacation property owner can choose to handle the transaction on his/her own or retain an independent broker/closing company. AVO makes no representation as to your ability to rent your vacation property/ timeshare interest, and you are solely responsible to determine if you may rent your vacation property/ timeshare.
Disclosure required by Fla.Stats. §721.20(9): All Villa Options does not provide or engage in real estate broker services. Because All Villa Options does not provide real estate services, All Villa Options has itself sold zero (0) timeshare Properties. Additionally, All Villa Options clients’ may have offline sales generated by offers directly to the owner, All Villa Options is unaware of the exact percentage of offers to sales. All Villa Options has no knowledge regarding the average success rate of listings to sales because All Villa Options is not involved in any negotiations relative to the sale, rental, closing or procurement of buyers of timeshare interests. There is no guarantee that any particular timeshare interest can be rented or sold at any particular price or within any particular time. Any offers submitted by prospective buyers utilizing vs advertising will be promptly forwarded to the timeshare owner. Upon receipt of an offer, the timeshare owner can choose to handle the transaction on his/her own or retain an independent broker/closing company. If an owner chooses to retain a broker/closing agent, there may be fees associated with the rental/sale that All Villa Options has no control over.
All Villa Options is NOT affiliated with any timeshare resort, RCI, Interval International, or any other outside entities. ALL Villa Options (AVO) is a for sale by owner and for rent by owner marketing and advertising company.
